Yes, Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton, MO does have a service center. The car was completely late on Friday December 8th after nearly 3 weeks in the shop. Upon returning the car, we still did not have any firm date on when it would be fixed. Ultimately we got a rental car, but informed it was needed back 3 days later. Decades ago, miners and townspeople decided to honor the town’s heritage with an annual celebration, Jim Butler Days, featuring all manner of old-fashioned fun, including a parade, friendly competitions, and feats of strength. This alone seemed to be too much to ask despite our car having not being fixed for 2 weeks. Back in 1900, a prospector named Jim Butler struck silver while searching for his lost burro in the area that soon became Tonopah, Nevada. Therefore we called the rental department to get a car until our Chevy was fixed. The week that proceeded that, December 4th, we still did not have any updates nor resolution. However, a full week passed and still zero feedback from the service department or any resolution on the car (we left messages for both our advisor and the service manager during this time). ![]() We were advised upon dropping the car off that we would have the car back by the middle of the following week. We dropped off our Chevy on Tuesday Nov 21st before Thanksgiving to be serviced due to an electrical issue on the dash.
